The Parry Sound Airport was officially opened in the Spring of 1979, and its development has grown exponentially since then. It has become a key component to growth and prosperity of the region. The Parry Sound Airport has attracted significant federal and provincial capital funding, over the years to help support its infrastructure development, and plans to continue its history of improvements and support of its community.
The Parry Sound Airport Business Park currently serves both industrial and commercial businesses in the Parry Sound Region. It consists of 20+ local businesses between the airside and industrial side, as well as approximately 164 acres, 145 of which are considered developable. Each and every one of the local businesses hold an important role in the Business Park and maintaining its growth.
With our growing population, the Parry Sound Airport Business Park provides positive economic conditions for construction and industry development, as well as providing the opportunity to create new jobs for the area. The Airport Business Park can facilitate a wide range of customizable site options for various businesses and hopes to assist their successful growth within our municipality and the region as a whole.
The planning & development in our park is managed by both the Airport staff, it’s Commission, as well as the Township of Seguin and Town of Parry Sound. The Parry Sound Airport has begun development in many of the available sites, by initiating road access, and connections to hydro and septic systems. We welcome the opportunity to hear about your business project to see if the Parry Sound Area Municipal Airports Business Park would be well suited to the progression and future of your business’s development.

Tenant Testimonials
"I was initially hesitant about locating at the Airport, but our need for a large facility made the decision. It’s proven to be an excellent choice—the space meets our needs, and the highway access and ample parking have been invaluable. The Airport Committee was also very supportive and worked with us to ensure a smooth installation on site."

"The Parry Sound Airport Business Park has been our home for several years and has brought many benefits to both our organization and our customers. Its proximity to Highway 400 allows us to efficiently service our clients and provides a central, convenient location for our team. We value the strong partnership with the Airport Authority and the sense of community among tenants—it’s more than leasing space, it’s working together. We look forward to continuing this partnership for many years to come."
"Nine years ago, I moved Rynz Innovative Tooling Inc. from a backyard operation into a larger facility at the Parry Sound Municipal Airport. The Airport Commission welcomed me, provided a temporary space during construction, and built a new facility tailored to my plastic molding operation—making it truly plug-and-play. They also connected me with valuable government resources to support our growth. I don’t feel like just a tenant—I feel like part of a family invested in my success."

"After five years at PSAMA, we’re confident we made the right decision to build here. The exposure to Highway 400 and access to key local roads position us well for continued growth as the Seguin/Parry Sound/Georgian Bay area expands as a four-season destination. Utilities have been reliable, and despite some challenges with roadside advertising, our retail sales at 13 Piper Road have doubled each year since opening. The Airport staff and Commission have been a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to many more years at this location."
