A Fire Route Number is a green 9-1-1 sign installed at the end of your driveway. It helps emergency services, utility providers, and visitors locate your home quickly. Residents are responsible for installing their fire route number.

Maintain Visibility of Your Sign

Regularly check that your 9-1-1 sign is upright and easy to see, especially in winter. Visibility can be reduced by snow, debris, trees, or shrubs by. It's important to;

• Keep snow banks low
• Clear snow and debris from the sign
• Trim low branches and tall shrubs around it

Purchase a Fire Route (9-1-1) Number

If you don’t have a 9-1-1 number or need a replacement, call 705-732-4300 ext. 257 or email fire@seguin.ca with your request.

• For vacant lots, an approved entrance is required before purchasing a 9-1-1 number.
